The place is perfect...near to the beach...and good place for any direction...the staff recepción is very friendly..and staff clean...all are very Nice and smile

Just every sunday a small kid Thai...like disturb when in the sauna or sleep in the pool and the arab or india inside the pool WITH trouseers

The staff is friendly The pool is clean The room is large and has a balcony The bed is comfortable 200 baht extra for breakfast It's good to eat.Close to the beach. will come back again

Please fix the light bulbs in the pool It's dark at night, so if it's light, it's good to swim and set the time to 8 o'clock. that's all! Everything else is fine.

Great location, great breakfast and friendly staff

Spacious room, good location near beach, nice pool and great gym. But the best thing was a great breakfast every morning and a smiling welcome from the restaurant manager

Some fittings in the room needed repair.

Room was very nice but the location was a little bit far from Pattaya centre. I love the breakfast. Hope to see you all next year.

OK for your budget trip.

The location is quite good, just a 2-min walk to the beach. It's in an alley so quiet also though I don't know if this is true because we went there in low season. I was impressed with all the wooden furniture in the room.

Tidy but not quite clean. I even found a cockroach at night. It might be my mistake because I left the door inside the room open but then again who anticipates that.

Ideal location with night life and beach accessible in few minutes

Location was great just a bit away form the busy area but accessible in a few minutes

The gym wasn't good as explained by others. one of the machines were out of order.... basic equipment's

Bad experience and would not recommend for anyone even for a short stay

Such a waste of time and money for this property. The rooms were not available after timely arrival and we had to wait for four hours

The staff were so arrogant and asked us to cancel if we cannot wait for that many hours. The promotional pictures on the website do not represent the reality l.

Great place well placed clean and staff were really friendly and caring

The only thing was they put a kettle in my room and when I asked the room service why they put kettle in they said they don't supply coffee .....seems strange to put kettle in room and not supply tea or coffee .....but honest the staff were superb in everything...but you know when you just want some tea and coffee in your room .??? .but silliest thing but an important one ....but what a great hotel and staff ..will return again

Good hotel with great location and welcoming staffs. Affordable prices.

The attitude of staff and location. Easy accessible with motorbike taxis and bhat bus. Plenaty of restaurants, money exchanges and markets nearby. They provide guided tours, airport pickup and drop off at very affordable prices. Nice pool and recreational areas. WiFi strength was good. Provided room with balcony with no additional costs. Staffs are always ready to attend to your needs.

Doors were having keys instead of access cards. If something can be done to improve the sound proofing, it’s pretty good.

Best Beach Villa

Hotel staff were very friendly.

Water pressure was very low in the shower. When I arrived there was no hot water for 2 days. I asked the first day if they could fix the problem. The engineering staff supposedly fix the issue. The next day same problem. When I inquired again the engineering. Staff came up and fixed it. Water pressure was still very low.
